BIG zero as far as sturdiness, durability and value for money concerned.
Very poor quality product. Bought this suitcase as a birthday gift for my grandson. Though it was delivered to me on 17th September 2020, it was used for the first time during last 5 days. And surprisingly, even though it is an expensive item, its handles have broken . This is the type of product that Amazon is endorsing, supporting and selling. On complaint to Amazon they refuse to take any responsibility and say they will escalate the matter to the seller.For us the seller is Amazon. We do not know and are not concerned with the seller. If this is the attitude of Amazon whom we trust blindly then God forbid. Better to buy from retailers directly than from Amazon. At least we have some warranty attached with the product.Think twice !!

Good quality,but manufacturing defect in its zip
There was a manufacturing defect with the product...I couldn't replace it due to ran out of time as it was meant for gifting purpose.
