Great Vart at a Very Competitive Price.
This plastic utility cart is a great buy at the most reasonable price. It was easy to assemble with a couple of tools and the pieces fit together perfectly. The included casters are high quality and once installed the cart rolls smoothly. I purchased this cart to hold my tools as I’m doing woodworking projects so I can keep my work table clear. It works perfectly as so intended, and I’m already thinking of other uses for it.

Great product
Item has very confusing build directions however with a little time and effort it’s functional. It just works. Great design heavy duty thick plastic. U need a rubber mallet and some tools but it works. Very durable and happy about this cart. Need it to get groceries and water jugs from the car into the house.

Excellent with caveats
I'm giving this a 5-star review, though after you read this you may be saying to yourself, "I would have given it less." Great price. Arrived quickly. All parts present. You WILL need a rubber mallet as mentioned in the instructions. Also a 1/2" socket. Maybe other tools as you will read below. The rubber mallet is used to 'hammer' in the handle-tray into the top shelf. HOWEVER, in no way could I get it to completely seat. I then discovered that the legs are designed to keep the handle-tray from falling out. Because the tray would not go all the way into its guides, the leg wouldn't properly seat on its mounting face. To 'fix' this, I trimmed about 3/8" off of the four handle-tray tabs (that the leg pushes against) with a high-speed cut-off tool. Took about eight seconds and then all was well. The instructions mention where to put the two Left and Right legs. They are unmarked as to which is which. I examined them and they all looked identical, so I went to mount the first one. That is when I discovered that they are not identical: to determine which leg goes at a specific mounting face, note the three hole fastener patterns of leg and base. The screws for leg mounting are Philips and need a stout, slightly blunt bit. I used my cordless drill to drive them. The threading is very aggressive -- like a lag screw, so be careful to not overdrive them because the plastic could become stripped and then you're in trouble. Tapped the base onto the legs with the rubber mallet. Carriage bolts are used which give a smoother surface in the bottom inside tray corners. The nut is 1/2" and has a nylon locking insert (nice!). I used a socket and extension to drive them using my cordless drill. Be sure to push the carriage bolt's square 'head' into the cavity and hold it in place before tightening the fastener, and like with the lag-style screws, do not overtighten. You may find that the pair of swivel casters are easy enough to fasten by simply spinning them out of the way, but (in my case using a drill) the fixed casters require an extension. What I am using the service cart for: I keep the gen in my truck. I took the wheels off, so when I need to move plywood, etc., I slide the gen onto the gate and transfer it to the cart for easy storage in my garage. No ramps necessary. It appears that this product is sold under a lot of different names and prices, some outrageously high. This WEN model was about $4 or $5 more than the cheapest that I found, but I went with WEN because I have one of their electric chainsaws and an electric-start dual-fuel generator and both are (IMHO) 5-star products. The 5-star review was because the 'issues' were, to me, non-issues easily rectified. The kind of 'issues' where you look over your glasses at the design engineer, sigh, and then slightly shake your head side-to-side. Your experience may be different, and I have little doubt that the same situation would be encountered with any other brand of the same product, all probably made in the same overseas factory. Hopefully this review prepares you for what you might encounter. UPDATE: A few days later I ordered a second cart. Same model number. Minor differences: The handle-tray assembly went in far easier and almost bottomed out as required. It was only about 1/8" from being correctly positioned; it required standing on it and 'hopping' a little to get it to seat that far. I carefully risked driving a single screw to see if it would pull together tightly which it did. No trimming was required. The legs had 'R-1' and 'L-1' molded into the inside surface unlike before. Rather than including a nylon insert lock nut, instead was a conventional nut and split (locking) washer. The nut was 14mm, not 1/2" as before. Otherwise, everything was fine and it retains a five-star rating.

Good quality tool cart
I usually do not leave comments but this one I thought other buyers might find useful. This is very good cart for the price when you compared other similar cart . I wanted to buy husky cart but their price is almost double and the one from harbor freight is not as solid as this one. It took me about 30 min with right tools rubber mallet, 1/2 inch long socket and Phillips 2 screw driver. I am very impressed with quality. I got this one during prime day sale which was great price. This will be perfect for my need to move tools around during my DIY work. Thank you ,

Very handy, useful small parts bins not found on other carts.
Having the cart really cut down on the time, punishment to my body and trips spent moving equipment around. The cart is sturdy enough for my purposes and was quick and easy to setup; about 45 minutes using the reverse of the instructions that someone else mentioned. The parts bins are a nice touch and keeps the screws and small tools out of the way and out of the bin area when moving stuff around. But because of those bins, the handle does feel a little less sturdy. It's not something you can put your weight on or use to tug hard on if you have a lot of weight on the cart without possibly fracturing the handle. That said, I wouldn't try to load it with anything more than 150 pounds on the top (evenly distributed of course) and nothing near the 500 lbs limit leveraging both shelves. I don't see the posts between the top and bottom shelf being sturdy enough to support a few hundred pounds and still be able to be pushed. Also because the way that post are installed into the bottom shelf (different the documented in the instruction booklet), it does seem as strong as other's I've used. The cart I received also looks slightly different than the pictures in that there are 4 holes in each leg that allow for stuff like bungee cords to be hooked through (space ~11.75" from top to bottom), see picture. I bought bungee cords anticipating drilling holes to add a soft wall to keep things from falling out, but found out after receiving it that I won't need to. The last thing I added which worked well for me to keep items from sliding around is Duck Brand 284148 Solid Grip Easy Liner Shelf Liner with Clorox, 20-Inch x 6-Feet, Black . One roll is enough to cover the entire bottom of the top and bottom shelves. I used some double sided tap in the corners to keep the material in place.

Sturdy and Versatile Utility Cart
The WEN Service Utility Cart is a well-built and practical addition for any workspace. With a 500-pound capacity and 40 x 17-inch surface, it handles heavy loads with ease and provides plenty of space for tools, supplies, or equipment. Assembly was straightforward and easy to complete, with clear instructions and no missing parts. The cart feels durable and stable once put together, and the wheels roll smoothly on various surfaces. I also appreciate its multi-functional design—it works well for garages, workshops, or even as a portable storage solution around the home. A note for potential buyers: the cart does not fold, as this is a fixed assembly, but it’s solid and dependable once set up. Overall, this utility cart is sturdy, versatile, and convenient. It’s a reliable option for anyone who needs a strong, easy-to-use cart for heavy-duty or everyday tasks.
