Very elegant and sleek design and packaging. This is the best glass infuser bottle I've used so far, in terms of ease of use, convenience, and aestheric. I've used several other bottles in the past which had screw-on tea strainers that attach to the lid, but this tea strainer works more like a tiny removable bucket (the bottle narrows slightly at the top so the strainer doesn't fall to the bottom of the bottle) which is a lot more convenient to take out - I don't have to burn my fingers unscrewing the strainer so the tea doesn't overbrew. When I first started looking into glass tea infuser bottles in order to avoid using products with BPA, I was concerned about glass being more likely to shatter, but this infuser is made of borosilicate glass (same type used in laboratories) and withstands boiling water and sudden temperature changes fine. It's also double walled, which reduces the risk of shattering and provides more insulation. I've previously used a bottle with both a screw on lid and bottom, but I think this design is more elegant and convenient (don't need to wash two lids and no risk of leaking.) The light grey sleeve matches the overall aesthetic and provides extra insulation and protection if you knock the bottle over.

I'm so impressed with this I can't even describe it. When the first lid came there was something wrong with it so I contacted support. I emailed them at 8:20 p.m. and already had a response to ship a new one by 8:40 p.m. I barely had time to send the email before they responded! It's incredibly easy to wash in the dishwasher. When the tea starts staining I just soak denture cleaner tablets in it overnight and it's sparkly clean after that. I accidentally spilled tea and got ink on the cozy and it washed right out with handwashing. The cozy fits perfectly snugly. The tea is so beautiful in it. And the loose leaf tea cup was genius and infuser works great. I show it off to everyone. It's never leaked, it's nice and warm to the hands with the cozy on it, and I would love to gift this to my fellow tea lovers. My second lid for cracked and I emailed them and within 5 minutes, very literally, I got a solution email sending me a new one. The customer service is spotty amazing and I love the bottle so much I will be buying a second one. I would like it if there were different cozy colors, though.

I received this beautiful tea bottle in a nicely packaged cylinder if faux bamboo. Everything looked high quality with attractive etching on the glass. I washed it in warm soapy water and set it on my silicon drying mat. It immediately fell over and the outside glass exploded into several pieces. I was very surprised at how fragile it is. It fell over onto a padded rubber mat but that did not prevent it from blowing its end off. Thankfully it blew off towards the wall so the pieces did not fly all over my floor. I know it is glass but I would have expected it to be a little thicker and more durable. I had a glass top over on the same mat and it did not break Don’t know how something this delicate would hold up to daily use as a tea dispenser. UPDATE: I was surprised to receive a package today because I did not have any pending deliveries. I received a replacement tea bottle and a lovely note from Laura, the owner apologizing for the problem saying it was most likely already damaged in shipping. I washed it and carefully assured it could not fall over and look forward to enjoying it for a long time. Customer service is awesome and went beyond and above expectations. I did not ask for a replacement but the company graciously sent one anyway. I would definitely buy from them again just because of great customer service and they stand behind their product. The bottle is beautiful and looks solid and I will enjoy it every day at work with my daily tea treat.

I love that you can see the tea. The infuser works well, though other stainless steel ones I have are even more fine. It’s leak-proof and can be turned upside down, and it retains heat well (I use a Zojirushi thermal bottle if I’m taking tea to go and need more than a couple hours of heat retention). My only wish is that the lip were more drip-proof—it’s fine to drink from, but I like pouring a little at a time into a small teacup, and it definitely drips no matter what.

I really like this glass infuser bottle for hot tea. It’s simple, clean, and I don’t have to worry about any chemicals leaching into my drink, which is a big deal since I love my tea hot. The only downside is that it’s very fragile - definitely not something you want to drop. Let’s just say I learned that the hard way and had to buy another one. Not the cheapest mistake, but I still love it enough to replace it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this buy. I did the search while in my vanpool to work, so it was a fairly quick research and find. WOW! I was so happy because it came in the same day and I grudgingly gave it to my wife for Valentines Day. You know after 32 years of marriage, both eyebrows went up and a nod of approval was all I needed. We'll see how long it lasts because she is pretty rough with things, but overall the quality is awesome. Double walled glass with a very nice infuser insert, the snug cloth cover has a nice sturdy sewed loop for carrying and looks very nice. It stands straight with the cover on and the girth of the bottle is easy to hold. The packaging is really nice, all you need is a bow on top to make this a great gift.

I have become a bit of a tea snob after cutting down on coffee, and now I drink tea daily. I have tried several tea tumblers over the past couple of years, and this one has quickly become my favorite. It’s a very functional, super easy and a huge time saver. I love that it’s made of glass and bamboo; the tea tastes better in this tumbler than in others I've tried with more plastic or metal parts. Another bonus is that the sleeve fits super snug so I don't have to worry about it slipping out. I really love this tea tumbler. Since I got it, I am drinking much more green tea and fruit-infused water. I brew my tea in the morning, and I carry it with me to my studio. I'll reuse the same loose leaves a couple of times in each morning and the great thing is that I don’t need to use any other tools. I just refill the bottle with hot water, and let the tea steep for about three minutes. Done. I also tried using it with strawberries and kiwis to flavor water, and the strainer worked very well. It tastes much fresher than drinking commercial flavored water and when I make it myself using this tumblerI know exactly what the ingredients are. Overall, I really love this tea tumbler and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves tea or fruit-infused water. Five stars.

I love cold brew coffee and i travel quite a bit so I thought this could be a good way to have my cold coffee. I took it with me and there are so many weird flaws. (1) There is a rubber ring to help not let the liquid inside spill out. When you have cold drinks inside it creates some weird suction and it's almost impossible to open it without it exploding and liquid coming out... Imagine not being able to open a bottle with liquid without getting some of it on yourself? This means I'm constantly using it with napkins for the explosion that happens EVERY TIME. (2) The cold brew coffee it makes is very weak no matter how many beans I put into it. Very very weak so I end up purchasing coffee from outside instead... (3) The pouch it came with has a tear in it from the start but I felt that it wasn't a big enough deal to complain about but it's gotten worse over time (4) The bamboo part shouldn't go into the fridge because it will ruin it, making it hard for me to have "cold brew" All in all, I wouldn't purchase this item again unless it was ONLY for hot drinks but it's not good for cold brew coffee.

Double chamber and insulation jacket keeps liquid warm. Strainer is effective in enabling tea to circulate within the hot water chamber to make a nice brew. I've dropped it more than once and it has surprisingly survived. 5/5
