Nifty little tool to keep the bow upright.
Works pretty good. Doesn't go on super easy (for my bow (Bowtech Reign 6)I have to set one side on a limb and then close it and force it a tiny bit on the other limb - but well padded rubber grip so no worries about it hurting the limb), but obviously it's not going to fit every limb configuration perfectly. Once placed on and set on the ground it does the trick. Not 'extremely' sturdy (not sure if I'd trust it on uneven ground), but it's a great little tool for keeping your bow upright. I use it more in my house when it's on the floor or a counter. Not sure if I'd use it outside that much for I don't want my cam resting in the dirt, etc. Overall I'm happy with the jack and am glad I bought it. Nifty little tool.

Nice Bow Jack
TRUGLO Bow Jack, Black I purchased this Bow Jack for my husbands Bow which he owns the The Pro-line speed stick, it is a solid limb design and about 20 years old however he takes good care of it and its heavy loaded with all the extras which the stand is harder for it to stay sitting up. This Bow Jack does clasp very nice and secure to his Bow as shown in photos. My husband is keeping it as he feels putting the end tips in the ground will help with holding his Bow up. This would be great for newer Bows and the bottom curve of the Bows are now made different. The TRUGLO Bow Jack Black would be fine for other Bows, I would recommend this Bow stand to others looking for standing your Bow as in most it will hold your Bow in place and it does have a good grip and fits around my husbands bow just fine. I am now turning my review over to my husband as he knows more about Bows than I doing being a wife that hunts but not with a Bow!The Truglo Bow Jack Folding Bow Stand for my Bow since I hunt from a ground bling alto. The unit is high quality and seems very well made which you wold expect from Truglo. It is very easy to put on your bow and clamps securely without damaging the finish on your bow. It is just as easy to remove, all using one hand. It will stay in the open position (due to the location and design of the spring) until you place it on your bow. It will then stay clamped to your bow (due to the spring design again) until you remove it. The unit is very sturdy and should last many years with no problems. It does seem to have trouble holding older, heavier bows due to the bow design itself and not the "Bow Jack" design. I would recommend the Truglo Bow Jack to anyone. I hope my review has answered some questions along with my photos, if so please click yes, Thank you!

Does not fit wide limbs.
Unit seemed solid but didn’t work on my Mathew’s Halon 32.

Fits a little loose on my single limb bow
This is a good product for the price, but does not fit all bows and you don't know for sure if it will fit yours until you buy one. My single limb bow is 1.5" wide and .25" thick in the area that this bow stand would need to be attached in order to stand the bow up properly on level ground and it is a little loose for my bow causing a slight lean one way or the other. This is an issue on the field & 3-D courses, so I cannot use it there. I would not but this for any bow with these dimensions or smaller if you want to use it outdoors..

The best way to set your bow down on the range or in the field
I received the product on time and last weekend I used it during a 3D Shoot and it performed beautifully. At first, I tried attaching the Bow Jack to the bottom limb. That did not work well because of the bow's balance, but then I placed it on the upper limb near the top of the riser and that was perfect. At that location it provides two sturdy points of contact with the ground while the 10" stabilizer takes care of the third point of contact. I really like the fact that this bow jack has the red liner to protect the bow limbs and also that the springs are internal. I have seen others that are priced a little lower, but their springs are external and could catch on clothing or branches etc. Thanks for a good solidly built product that should last many years.

Stable. Nice and simple. Works well. Good balance on flat ground.
This is such a genius device. Simple. Now I leave it clipped to my compound bow so when I need to set it down to retrieve arrows, I don't have to worry about looking for a place to set the bow down. I also put a towel on the ground where my cam touches to prevent scratches. If there's one thing that I would ask for from the stand is a slightly wider contact points where it touches the ground especially helpful when the ground is not perfectly even, as well as an adjustable grip area to minimize play with different limb width. But all in all, this stand is great as-is, works perfectly for around $8 !!
