YETI Hopper Flip 12 Portable Cooler

I bought this Yeti cooler for my husband’s lunchbox, and it has been worth every penny! Yes, it’s a bit of an investment, but the quality and performance are unmatched. It keeps his food and drinks cold all day, even during long shifts, and the durable construction ensures it can handle daily use without a problem. The size is perfect—not too bulky, but spacious enough for everything he needs. It’s easy to clean, and the design is sleek and rugged. If you’re looking for a reliable cooler that truly delivers on its promise, this is the one! They give you a Chapstick like wax to rub on the zipper, which I highly recommend doing and it keeps your zipper from sticking. The product is easy to use and keeps your zipper from locking up. The color is gorgeous/unique. Delivery almost immediate & the cooler was in pristine condition/packaging was quite protective. I wanted this particular size as I felt it would be sufficiently compact to fit behind my driver's seat as we travel; yet, large enough to hold an adequate amount of ice/drinks/and traveling snacks. I found it to b a perfect size & more importantly, a perfect weight. I'd read reviews that had said the zipper was very difficult to use. I, happily, found the zipper worked perfectly. To open or shut the cooler, a 'hard,' consistent pull is necessary, but this is due to the need for the cooler to remain water tight. It works!! The cooler kept anything within it very cold throughout a travel day (typically 12 hours). At that point, I would place the ice pack in the freezing compartment of the hotel room's refrigerator & if there was sufficient room, I would also place the cooler in the main part of the refrigerator. If the actual cooler can be cooled, it adds multiple hours to the desired cooling. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this cooler.

the BEST portable cooler ever. we packed ice cream and traveled for 6+ hours. when we got to our destination, not one ice cube melted and our stuff was still frozen hard. outstanding! great quality, size, too.

We are in love with our YETI Hopper Flip 12 Cooler! We actually purchased it to be able to place it on our stroller with some Vamos Baby adapters. It has been nothing but a game changer when leaving the house for extended amounts of time with the kids. Milk, snacks, drinks, everything is neatly stored and kept cool for literal days!!! The quality is amazing and holds its temperature as expected.

My wife is an RN and takes here lunch and snacks. This Yeti is awesome!! It has room for all lunch, snacks 4 16.9 oz bottles of water and 3 cool packs that stay frozen for an entire 12 hour shift! Awesome Cooler!!

This is my first Yeti cooler so I had high expectations. I did a test at home before I used the cooler. I filled it with ice and let it sit inside with no sun. It lasted three days but most of the ice had melted by the third day. We have taken this cooler to the beach in 93 degree weather and the ice held up pretty good. Although there was melted ice, I would say about half the ice was still there. Our drinks were very cold like they just came out of the refrigerator perhaps even colder! On a hot day, that made this cooler worth the price. This cooler is much bigger than what the pictures show. It holds 9 cans with ice. I filed it as full as possible. I didn't put bottles in the cooler but it will hold a good amount of those too. The cooler is light weight and has a nice solid strap that doesn't dig into your arm. The only thing I don't like is the zipper. It takes a good tug just to get it to move. I assume that is because this cooler does not leak at all. If you are sitting down and the cooler isn't at the right angle, it's hard to open. I applied the lube that was supplied also and that didn't make a difference. It's still hard to open. Other than that, it truly does what it says. It holds a good amount and will keep your items ice cold on the hottest day.

Have a couple of yeti products and you can’t beat them. This one is excellent ! Keeps cold food cold , hot food hot ! Used it recently for takeaway Chinese food and it worked a treat.
