Works for an odd purpose
I've been unable to find anything to hold my shower rod in place on my smooth tile wall. Nothing has worked. I tried the clear adhesive product you see in the photo (which has worked the best so far) but as you can see it has somehow twisted and will no doubt fail at some point. I'm concerned that my tile will be damaged when the rod crashes down (again), so I came up with this rig. It's unsightly, but I think it'll serve my purpose. I just want something that will break the fall, or hopefully keep it from falling to the floor. The strips have been stuck on the tile for 2 weeks, and when I tug firmly downward on the string they don't budge. If they stay on the tile, I know they'll support the rod if it falls. The two strips actually "lock" together, better than velcro. They kind of snap together. As long as they adhere to your surface, they'll definitely stick to each other. Time will tell on this project, to see if the strips continue to stick to the tile.

Worth the $ especially for those Walmart mirrors
It is holding up our mirror nicely in our travel trailers bedroom door, after months it’s still holding strong , even with the humidity in the south during the summer and the freezing cold also with our toddler running up to it and smacking and or kissing it , deff worth the $ it is holding strong 💪

trusted commend strip, never dissapoints.
one of few products I have in my house as constant stock, incredible that it doesn't damage any surface but able to apply any where and will stick. can't live without it.

Works well for my 7 pound mirror
Update: Feb 2018. It has been a little over a year. Just last week, one (top left) of the eight sticky hanging strips stuck to THE DOOR fell off, and the weight of the mirror brought the entire mirror down. It had lost it's stickiness. The velcro parts of the strips are still going strong. I just stuck the strip back on the door until I can get more command strips. I believe the strip wouldn't have fallen off if I just left left the mirror on the door for the whole year. However, I occasionally needed to move the mirror out, pulling the velcro. I believe this is an excellent purchase based on the duration I can use these strips (the rest of the strips are still sticky). Used to attach a full length mirror (7 pounds) from Target to the back of my door. See pictures for results. The strips were a bit too long for the surface I used them on, so I cut each strip in half WIDTH WISE, giving me 8 pieces to use. This was not the best technique (should have done length wise, as it left me with only one side containing the pull tab that is used to later remove the strip. (Solved the problem by making sure that each strip had at least one pull tab & then adhered that side to the surface of the DOOR.) I didn't really care that the back of my cheap mirror might get damaged, should I decide to remove the strips from there. Moving on, the set-up was easy and took about 15 minutes for me. As per the instructions, I let the strips rest for a few hours before attaching the mirror to the door. The mirror is stuck on well. I swung the door open & closed with much force a few times to test it, and nothing shakes or even wobbles. I can easily pull the mirror from the door and set it elsewhere to use. Reattachment is simple. It has been 1 month and the mirror hasn't fallen once. Based on the many horror stories from other reviews, I am a bit worried about the strips potentially damaging the surface of the door upon removal. Will update on that issue when I remove the strips. Overall a good purchase for what I needed it for.

Strong strips
This thing does it job!! I bought a cork board from target to put my pins on. My cork board is not coming off no matter how much I pull since I placed the strips wrong (Shows how strong the command strip are). Why I didn’t follow the instructions I have no clue. It’s been 8 months and it’s still hanging.

Go for it!!
They are really good. Durable. Perfect size. Might need 2 for bigger objects. I hang my clock and a pin board with the help of these. Definitely size up if you have bigger objects. Super ease to use, basically like a tape. Size comparison in image.

Stick with it
Needed these to hang a lightweight full length mirror to my swing door. Because they look confusing and you may think they’re not sturdy you simply have to. 1. Put 2 stickers together with both Velcro sides pressed together until you hear a crunch/ snap sound. 2. Remove one of the green sticky covers and Align and place the sticky side facing down in each corner of the item you want to hang. 3. Remove the last sticky paper that should be facing in front of you and hang your item. Finally, press each corner firmly to make sure that it feels secure. Just hung this up if any issues occur I will update. Definitely looks like it’s withstanding thus far. Read the complete directions on the back of the package before tearing it open. Be sure your hangers have “good sticky glue” on them. (Learned that the hard way). 😀

Good
Very useful product. The 3M Command strip sticks well and holds items firmly without damaging putty walls. It can be removed easily without leaving marks or peeling the paint. A great solution for hanging things without drilling.

Super alternative for holes
Heard of this option from a friend and wanted to give it try because I didn't want to have too many holes in the wall. It'/ very essy to use and you can also cut it in half horizontally if you have lighter frames. If you have heavier ones you can use a whole one or even two. It holds perfectly and you can even reposition it.

Parfait !
Impeccable, super facile d'utilisation, tous mes cadres ont été accrochés en un rien de temps, ils tiennent vraiment bien, et le tout sans même abimer les murs ! Je recommande pour tout locataire ne voulant pas reboucher les trous plus tard !
