Can you grab heavy tins etc from high cupboards?

Yes but not if you are elderly like me. You need good arm strength to support the weight of a heavy tin leaving a shelf. These grabbers are very good but it is a big ask to take a heavy tin from a high shelf or cupboard. I have done it but it does prove you need good arm muscles.
