Are these much use for nails?

I haven’t used them for nails, but are great for hair removal

They are fairly sharp depends what your using them for to be honest. But for eyebrows there perfectly fine :) hope this helps

Are they fully stainless steel?

Yes they are, or maybe what I can say is I’ve never used them in water so they haven’t rusted. I’m telling you this lot is a waste of money though. They aren’t worth even 5p. If you have money to waste please donate whatever this cost to a worthy cause. They look like they can do a good job but they do the opposite of that.
