Good quality. Easy to setup and use. Sturdy, no wobble. I recently took it on a cruise and used it extensively. The real beauty is that it is very portable by virtue of its breakdown into several small pieces. The pieces are all then held together by a steel cable running inside the tubing. The overall length is adjustable to a small extent at the handle after the full extension. Great design. An easy 5 stars.

So easy to pack and very sturdy once extended. The pole saved me from tripping and slipping on wet cobblestone streets and uneven surfaces. When it wasn't raining on the trip, I used the walking pole for extra support to give my hip bursitis a break.

This is lovely, strong, lightweight. It should be no trouble as long as the silver button is snapped in place.I am barely 5 feet tall. Although I looked for a "short persons stick" apparently the only ones are designed for children and are kiddie colors and not so sturdy. I can't use the grip because it's too high. However, I solved the problem by applying bicycle grip tape around the topmost small metal section and then lengthening the strap so it reached down to my now-lower wrist. Result is good grip, no slippery sweating on pole, and it works just fine for me! Only difficulty was lengthening the strap. I promptly broke off the little tab with the arrow. If I'm able to locate that piece - it flew off in my kitchen - I will try to re-install.

Easy assembly. Worked great. Lightweight. Made it to the top.

This walking stick is a must for hiking the woods of North Carolina. It adjust to just about any height I could imagine would be needed. It is extremely easy to set up for each hike as well as break down after every use. It comes with a nice little nylon bag with a drawstring which slips right in the door pocket on my truck, awaiting the next use. It has a very comfortable grip and is plenty durable for some of the best hiking trails NC has to offer. You can spend more money if you would like, but it would be a waste in my opinion. This is a great value for what little it cost. Mine has been on MANY a trail, and is ready for many more. I never hit the trail without mine to help me with my footing and add just a little piece of mind. Keep in mind, this could also be used to help a snake make his way out of your path. You know, there are snakes in the North Carolina woods.

I would give this pole10 stars if I could. I trusted the reviews and hoped for the best with this; I've never used a hiking pole before, and this was relatively inexpensive. for the quality, I am surprised by the low price. Due to a displaced kneecap, I currently have some instability, but didn't want to give up on a much-anticipated hiking vacation. This pole was my hero. I was able to hike various trails and caves at Hocking Hills; up and down rock steps and over roots, etc. and without this pole to help with my stability, I would not have been able to do a fraction of that. It also helped me keep a stable gait on flat walking, which helped take some pressure off the other knee. I was using it intermittently as a cane, leaning on it more than it was designed for, and it was completely solid and sturdy. It folds down to a very compact size, smaller than my travel umbrella, and has a nice little carrying bag, so no worries about getting it dirty. It is very easy and quick to extend and fold up, and the hand grip was a good shape, softness and grip to feel natural in use. It has 3 tip options; a regular cane type tip, a pointed tip, and a round disc shaped one for use in snow and ice. From now on, this little buddy is going with me on every trip.

Strong collapsing pole with two tips. Good for packing. The only challenge is finding the silver button for the first time. 😆 Then you will never forget!
