Fantastic Value
I love a great $15-25 knife. I don't have any interest in carrying a much more expensive knife since I have broken and lost plenty of knives over the years. This one is very good quality for a great price. I even keep a few on hand top give as gifts when I need a last minute present for someone. Who wouldn't want a good knife/ Everyone should have one right? This one checks all the boxes. It's also worth getting sharpened and kept nice...it's not some cheap, throw-away kind of tool.

I love great inexpensive knives
Great knife. I go to the beach extremely often and S&W knifes are worlds apart in corrsion resistance compared to some of their pews that I bring to the beach. I wax my knives once a year and rarely sharpen them with a cheap X ceramic rods sharpener. I bought a knife brand that starts with a G and even after I waxed it rusted in 3 trips to the beach. Amazon said to keep it. The lock open mechanism is a little weird, make sure it's locked. I only have one better knife and its the S&W m&p assisted open, which is much heavier.

Works fine for me!
Pretty good knife for the price. A little stiff to open at first, but it breaks in fine after a few days. Not too big, and not too small either. I like it for everyday carry.

Pretty Good
Sometimes when you flip it open, the latch tab that locks the balde into place to keep the blade OPEN, it goes too far out and gets stuck, so you can't use your thumb to un-latch the blade. Then you have to either bang the handle base on a hard surface to free the latch OR use a flat head screwdriver to break that tab loose so you can then flip the blade closed. It has happened 3 times already after opening and closing it about 10 times. I've never had a switch blade do this, this is def a 1st for me.

Great knife
This is a very well-constructed knife. The blade is very sharp right out of the box and it stays sharp through continued use. The wood accents add a nice compliment to the hilt. Opening this knife takes a little bit of getting used to and the locking feature is very secure and easy to actuate. The knife is balanced and has a good feel in the hand. The clip is tint and secure. The only complaint I have is that the clip only contacts half on the wood, so it has, I feel, slightly less clipping power than it could.

One of the best Pocket Knives I've owned
Lost my last one of these in the woods. I use this knife for everything from digging wild onions to cutting wire. Great tool and very useful. May by another just in case I loose it again.

Fine for the money and my infrequent uses
Wanted to write this review and confirm that it is definitely not what is pictured. For me, that is what I was hoping for. I like the matte black look. It is serrated at the base. This knife suits all of my needs. I don't have the best confidence the wood pieces are going to remain in tact for long term, but that's alright. For the money and my uses, this is fine. I can get the blade to open about halfway just using my finger, but combine with the flick of a wrist, you can get the blade to open and lock no problem. Good weight. Clip on the back is a plus, however, I wish it faced the opposite direction. When retrieving it from my pocket, it would be nice if I didn't have to spin it around before flipping out the blade.

Fairly impressive
For the price, this is a very nice knife. I have always been a fan of tanto blades in general, but this one is definitely a step above others. For one, it is proportional to the handle...I'm tired of finding nice looking blades that look ridiculously short when they're not folded when compared to some gargantuan handle. This just looks good. Came very sharp as well. I've used it daily for about two weeks and I have been very impressed with the edge. I've yet to sharpen the blade, and that is quite a feat.
