I have been using this for awhile in Asia but never thought it would available in the US. Motherwort is one of the herb to induce menstruation and helps with blood flows.

As with any diet/supplements change, it takes time. I'm my second bottle in and noticed small/slight change in my PMS but nothing else. Hopefully by the third bottle there will be more over all improvement.

Diagnosed recently with hyperthyroid/Graves, so instead of killing my thyroid I want to save my thyroid. Taking this Bugleweed and Lemon Balm to lessen the symptoms of hyperthyroid while at the same time, identifying triggers like dairy, soy, gluten. Eating whole fruits and veg, no more coffee. I noticed a difference in a slowing of my heart rate after adding the Motherwort.

I take this together with hawthorn for heart health and I can definitely feel an improvement.
