Solid feel, fits well, very convenient
TL/DR: Only had a week, but feels solid for the rugged contents I have. Went from tri-fold to this bi-fold with minimal reduction in wallet contents. Exterior ID window very convenient.I used to have a leather tri-fold wallet with six 'credit' cards, three membership cards, three insurance cards, two forms of ID, and three keys (yes, metal keys). Over the three years I had used it, the thing was smoothed to the shape of the bulge, and had several seems and backings ripped due to the wear. This was not uncommon, as past wallets saw this because the leather was only supplemented with simple cloth for backing.I had been thinking of getting a smaller wallet for a while, but found the idea a bit difficult. I had acquired a Crabby Wallet years ago, but found it far too minimalist except for specific use-cases. For day-to-day, I keep several cards for various things and my desire to keep spare keys in a nearly-unforgettable location also challenged the reductionist idea. Because of this, I had always favored tri-fold wallets - more folds, more space for stuff. What specifically caught my eye about this wallet was the ID window. In my use-case, I needed an easy way to present my ID for checking in at work. This simplified the task compared to my old wallet, since the ID window for that wallet was part of the inner fold. I also liked the durable construction, as I was tired of the old wallets falling apart and causing wear on the cards they were supposed to protect. When I got this, I really liked its feel. Apart from the branding, the exterior leather gave a quality look and durable feel. On the interior, the durable fabric construction stood out compared to past wallets. It looked a little cheaper because of this (and the coloration did not help that perception), but it feels much more sturdy.I ended up dropping one key and one 'credit' card from my wallet loadout. This was not to accommodate the size of the wallet - it could easily have fit these things. This was a personal choice based on usage - both items saw extremely rare use, and so it only made sense to take them out.The bulge is about comparable to the old wallet. The more durable construction is the likely culprit, although the interior leather branding 'patch' doesn't help. One of the most-notable differences I have noticed between this and my old wallet is how I no longer need to fear about the keys falling out, as the rugged fabric 'grips' them better and the ID window no longer requires me to open up the wallet for inspection.Over-all, I am very pleased with this wallet and would recommend it for someone looking for a durable wallet to contain a decent load of mixed items. If my opinion changes over time, I plan to return and update this review.

I wouldn't call it a slim wallet, but it's a nice wallet.
Very nice wallet, durable, good quality, but by no means slim, this thing when it's empty is thicker than my fully loaded trifold (12 bills, 6 cards, and 7 business cards) which didn't market itself as a "slim" wallet.

Perfect for me!
I had switched to one of the hard, card holder your wallets for a while, but I got tired of saying it in my front pocket. I didn’t like the way it looked Front pocket either. I wanted to go back to a more traditional back hip wallet. This wallet from Timberland has been a perfect fit for me. Still thin and flexible. Plenty of card space. I think it’s great!
