Q: Where is this honey gathered from?

This Tasmanian company gets their honey by driving their hives up into the mountains by truck and train to an isolated grove of leatherwood trees. The bees make their honey and then at the end of the season, they move the hives back down the mountain so that they don't freeze. I saw a tv show about the company. It was amazing--truly a labor of love!

Q: Does it come in a glass bottle?

Yes, Ugo: this brand comes in glass. There are other companies that sell it tins in various sizes/ weights. And it is fabulous honey.

Q: Is this honey raw and unfiltered?

Without knowing Australian labeling laws, I can only tell you that Golden Nectar honey is labeled Organic, but makes no mention of being either Raw or Unfiltered. It is, however, one of the tastiest honey's I've ever had!
