Works well but every few years you will have to replace it. But good value

Buttons are weak. Not always responsive. Used for more than 2 months
Worked well for a few days but now I need to press the bunton hard or multiple times to make it work. From the very start, not all buttons are functional. Only the ones that are needed for Daily use work

Will stop working after a month. Membrane gets tuck. Worse, the seller in warranty will ask you to make video. How can anyone make a video of key membrane getting stuck without ripping the remote apart?

Working as expected
Pre sales support is good. I just sent the pic of my remote to the whatsapp number mentioned in one of the images and they sent me the link which one I need to order. and it works as expected. Though the quality of the plastic and the build quality is not that great but does the job rather well.
