Pretty good used it a couple of times for cooking

It is not khandsari. It is just a good quality brown sugar. But again too expensive. One can get a good organic brown sugar in much less rate than this.

Not good for baking. Sugar was not at all soft, granules were too large to mix properly for baking. When i tried to grind the sugar to make fine crystals, it ground into a dry powder. Also flavour was very mild.

It was not soft at all
