Died within two weeks
Device died within two weeks. The base "locked up" and the lights went red. I tried unplugging it and replugging it back in, I tried switching modes, I tried connecting directly, I tried connecting via bluetooth -nothing. I'd used it for all of a week and change before it would no longer connect to my computer or other devices.

Excellent headset. Works with PC and cellphone.
Great product. I would recommend to anybody who works from home and does a lot of online meetings. My Savi rarely leaves my noggin.

True high quality communications audio. You won't have people complaining they can't understand you, and you'll be able to understand them. Crazy long range. Works with pc over USB so zoom, webex, skype, etc. Also does Bluetooth, so any cell phone app, and connects to a regular telephone if you've got one of those. All the of those can be connected at the same time.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a reconditioned model however it works great, came quickly and who cares if it didn't come in the original box!! No problems so far!
