It's good. But I've never really like the taste of the outer casing of a capsule. Have some juice or something to drink after you've swallowed it if you're like me.

Air bubbles in capsules
The capsules look wierd with a white band in the miiddle. Also they are not fully filled with oil but have an air bubble which is bad. I was expecting better quality from Tata.
