Hi, the wallet is primarily leather, the lining is nylon and it also has a plastic part for a photograph. It also has a zippered pocket. All in all a very nice wallet

Hi, yes there are 2 zip sections, one is the full width of the open wallet and the other small pouch is about the size of a credit card. I found the smallest too small to get my fingers in but no problem with the large section.
