Spenco RX Arch Support -The support you need
I purchased this product because someone reviewed it and said that the arch supports lasted quite a while. I purchase the size Women's 9 to 10.5. The size worked well because I was able to trim it to fit my shoes. I have flatter feet that cause the ball of my foot to strike improperly which caused a calluses to form at the ball of my foot. I have been to a podiatrist who trimmed it off for me, but this never permanently got rid of the problem. I put my thinking cap on and tried an arch support shoe insert and it stopped the problem, but it wore out quickly. I am trying this product. It has great cushioning and gives great pain relief. It seems to be made of quality material and the arch support is adjustable if necessary. I hope it lasts as others have experienced.

I can't live without these!
This is a miracle product. It seriously saved me from so much pain!!! My doctor recommended them a few years ago and I'm SO glad! I'm just getting around to reviewing them though.I've always had foot pain and my feet/legs get tired easily. After I started a new job that had me on my feet for long periods of time I began having terrible foot pain. It eventually got so bad I was crawling around the house because it hurt so bad to stand. I saw my doctor and she recommended these for arch support. My feet got better after a few days, maybe a week? Now as long as I have these in my shoes I am good! It helps having them in a running shoe for the best comfort/support but I put them in all my shoes that they fit in. They are made of strong plastic on the bottom and the top part forms to your foot a little bit. You can cut the tops down if they are too large as well. After a year a bought another pair because they started getting gross and then I had an extra pair. Even though they look a little gross they still work just as well! The only down side is I noticed they started squeaking when they get sweaty. I thought it was a new pair of shoes that were squeaking but I recently realized it was the inserts after I got a new pair of shoes so I'm not sure when they started squeaking. I'm not sure if it's because I'm constantly wearing them (like all day every day) or if it's because I washed them in the sink a few times.. However, I've found that putting baby powder or foot powder under them stops the squeaking.Basically these saved my feet and I love them an recommend them to everyone who has foot pain.

Long lasting support
I have several pairs of these. I used to walk a lot on varying surfaces, especially grating. After developing foot problems I went to a podiatrist and these were the recommendation. I have been using these across several brands of shoes and boots for about 20 years now.

Shoe Size and the Orthopedic Pad Do Not Always Fit
I recently bought another pair of these and they were too short for the shoe. They do fit my other shoes so it is the new shoe that it does not fit. This new shoe is also my foot size. Weird. It is just longer. I will try a bigger pad. I went one size up and trimmed it as needed. It worked!

They are the only inserts that work for me.
These have made my life better. I have very flat feet and these arch supports are the only ones I have tried that actually work for me. If you are worried about the size get them a little large, you can easily trim them with scissors. They have a minimal cushion, which works for me. They are very high quality and they don't seem to wear out. I remove the original insert that comes with the shoe and simply insert these in. The surface is not slippery it is soft and is a green fabric bonded on the foam cushioning.

Yes, these inserts work!
These shoe inserts delivered the benefits my podiatrist said they would. Why did you pick this product vs others?:They were “prescribed” by my podiatrist.

Doctors like them.
My wife broke her foot and was recommended these by a specialist. They provide good arch support in her "boot". It's an air cast she got after surgery. She's still working on walking.

Fail to stay put and NOT RETURNABLE
Update to initial review below:Because I couldn’t return these I decided to give them a go in some walking shoes. They’re a fail. Because the front part of the orthotic is so soft and pliable they end up bunching up in the toes and slipping away from the heel. Every time I put my shoes on I have to pull them back against the back of the shoe. It’s only been a few days and the toe ends of the orthotics are starting to deform from being scrunched up. Yes, they fit my shoes. I took out the liner of the shoes and cut these to the same length. And when the back of the orthotic is against the back of the shoe it has plenty of room, but during wear they do NOT stay put. I’ll be ordering myself another pair of the Vasyli’s for these shoes and throwing these things in the garbage.Original review:Be sure these will work for you because you cannot return them. My PT recommended these as a cost-effective orthotic. I brought them to my next appointment to have him evaluate if they suited my feet. He said they were fine but asked “can you return these?” To which I replied, “sure, I got them on Amazon”. He then brought out another brand that he happened to have in stock to have me compare. I strongly preferred the other (Vasyli custom full length). The Vasyli are a bit more expensive but they’re much more supportive than these, particularly around the heel. I assumed that I could return these as they had never been used. Color me shocked when it notified me these were not returnable. These are no more worn than any shoe I’ve bought online, tried on, and immediately returned because they didn’t fit. The notion that these aren’t returnable for health reasons sounds like BS to me. Be warned.
