It makes no difference. Just pick one wire to put on each screw on doorbell.

Have you left the jumper wire between R and RC?

No, you're not supposed to leave that jumper in there! I don't know how bad for the system it is, but if you now have both R and Rc you don't need that jumper connecting the two. It's only there as an improvisation when you have only one of the R terminals filled. I would remove that jumper on both ends of your system as it wouldn't be necessary now.

I believe it's standard material, nothing special.

I have a google nest thermostat.. my only have cable connection for y g c r w ob where should connect the cable c i see that included two ends

Not sure if this is helpful but I have a old traditional wall heater and this is my connection which works great. W1, W2, C and Rh.. the traditional wires go into w1 and w2 and doesn't matter which of the adaptor wire goes into C or Rh
