This can be added to soups to make them a little thicker if you lik. Great as a baby food but can be used in recipes in many ways.

I’ve noticed it can cause a bit of gas, so we use it in moderation. The biggest downside is how hard it is to find in stores—I’ve had to order online more than once. Still, it’s been a helpful addition to our feeding routine.
