Great Customer Service
I did receive a cartridge that went faults after about 2 months. Warranty claim was really easy!

Do not buy these
They do not fit properly in the plotter. Plastic tips are abraded. Plotter won't print with them and calls them "faulty". Probably too late to get a refund on these. Going with a reputable supplier and learning a lesson about ordering on Amazon.

They look after their customers
I have purchased ink from them a few times for my 44 inch plotter.I was buying the expensive ink from HP, worried about using after market.However, I had 3 genuine ink cartridges from HP go bad after less than a day. Hp refused to replace their cartridges, saying it was the plotter. They even told me that I had a bad ink supply system which I replaced for $300.00. Still bad ink cartridge. I purchased a LD cartridge at half the price. It worked great.I did get a bad cartridge awhile back. I told them about it and they sent another one out and told me not to bother with the expense of returning the bad one. NOW THAT's CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!The printouts are every bit as good as with the HP cartridges. The price is a fraction of HP. I am now a LD fan until they prove me wrong.

Excellent value, quality prints
We have been ordering the LD remanufactured high-yield ink cartridges in all colors for our HP T770 plotter for almost two years now, and we have been very happy with them. The cartridges last a very long time (though I haven't actually compared number of prints to HP cartridges), and they area very reasonably priced compared to HP and other brands. We have no complaints with the print quality, either. Will definitely continue to buy!

They just don't work.
They will not work. The HP plotter will just say it is an empty cartridge. Don't waste your money on these shortcuts. Buy once, cry once. You will end up buying the 100 dollar HP replacements anyway so why waste your time with this junk.
