Lou E said on September 6, 2016 | Edit on the power cord there are 3 wires power on all the time power on when the car is on and a ground wire the rear camera gets its power from the front unit. If you use a cigarette plug and the power is on all the time then your done. If the power goes on when the car is on then you need to use the power cord with 3 wires. You should download the owners manual. hope this helps
