Quick and easy. Box came with step by step instructions. Box came with a package to send samples back to testing facility.

Tried to register. Says my account password is wrong. Tried to reset, says the password is wrong. Got locked out. Waited 15 mins. Got locked out again. Called the number provided by the app, the rep said, "Everlywell does not have an app, only a website," so they simply hire anybody with a pulse based on that response. Called another agent and confirmed they do have an app and that the name of the company is indeed "Everlywell." Also said my account doesn't exist. At that point, I am returning this trash since customer service sucks, the product won't let me register/website is unreliable, and I'd rather pay a professional doctor for an exam than to have this make-believe box give me results that probably come from Toys R Us.

I thought you would have to give a sample of blood on just one spot of the card. But you have to give a blood sample on five different spots of the card. Therefore, I had to use three different fingers. Just mailed it a couple of days ago, so I'm still waiting on the results.

I don't know if its accurate, I do not have a laboratory and test subjects to check the accuracy myself, so I will have to take their word for the level of accuracy. Its stupid of Amazon to even ask if this kind of test is accurate. At least its not an Amazon brand product. It is easy to use. Just follow the directions and set aside about 30 un-distracted minutes to do it correctly. As far as value for the money. It is cheaper and less time consuming and less annoying than going to the doctor for a simple test. No co-pay garbage, no gas wasted, no waiting all day in a waiting room, no nasty looks from me to other people in the waiting room who really deserve it (I kinda enjoy that part of a doctor visit). Turnaround time is probably the same because the doc will still send it off to a lab anyway and make you come back for round two of waiting all day and spending more money on a co-pay.

I had a testosterone test done in a TRT clinic a little over a year ago. My levels were good and I didn't want to start TRT quite yet, but I did want to try to increase my levels naturally. I started supplements and a different diet and felt better overall. I didn't want to pay the price for a full blood work again at the clinic and thought I would give this at-home kit a try. That was a huge waste of time and money. I collected the blood sample as instructed and sent it off. I received a window of when to expect the results. That window passed more than two weeks so emailed with no response. When I called customer service they told me the lab was backed up and test were not getting processed as normal. I then asked if there was a time in which the sample would expire and she told me 21 days from collection. This time frame had already passed so I asked what was going to happen. She said she would have to look into it. Days later they emailed me and said the lab was going to process my sample soon. After another couple of days I received the results and they said my test levels were almost 200 ng/dl lower than the test I had in the clinic the year prior. I no way could this be possible as I feel better with more energy. The normal level drop for someone over 40 is 1% to 2% a year. The result they gave me was 28% decrease.......there is no way. I trust the first result as it was in an actual lab. When I told them of my concerns and how they told me my sample was past expiration when tested, I asked for another test. They refused. They said they froze my sample and it was accurate. This was the first time they said this so I felt as it was back-tracking. Customer service has still refused for another test. The sent me a coupon for 25% off my next purchase (coupon expired less than 30 days from when they sent). Horrible company. Do not trust.
