no spin cycle
The media could not be loaded. I wish I had know this before I bought this machine and I would have paid the $20 + dollars more for one that does. I do like the way it washes and it is bigger than I expected. The only thing I don't like is having to wring out the clothes by hand with arthritis and fibromyalgia it hurts my hands. Oh well I will learn to research better before I buy something. Other than that is a good little washer. Oh an the intrustions are not clear so when washing make sure the drain hose is hooked in the upward direction on the side hook.Update April 2024. I bought this August 2020 during the pandemic. I got a spinner machine seperate which spins most the water out. This washing machine has been very helpful for me living in an apt. I am disabled which makes going to the laundry mat hard for me. This machine lasted almost 4 years before it stopped working. It has been worth the money.

A great little washer. Works well and uses very little detergent.
This little washing machine is terrific! I’m from Texas where everything is bigger, but this little washer is big on performance in a small package. It is great with t-shirts, underwear, yoga pants and light jeans. Warning: do not use too much soap. This washer is so efficient it only uses about a tablespoon full of liquid detergent to work well. Do not overload as it takes longer to get clothes clean. It has a 15 minute mechanical timer which shuts off the washer, which is great — you can then rinse or do another 15 minutes. This was an emergency purchase for me since my washer went out. Received it quickly and it does such a great job on delicates I am sure glad to have it. It should be renamed “The Little Tiger” it is such a great machine! I put it on a heavy duty plastic chair in the shower/tub in the spare bathroom. Easy to fill and drain there. The machine is lightweight and easy to move. A good decision to purchase!

Does what it's supposed to
This is my second counter top washer. The first was Zeny, which had a pretty weak motor but I used it for a year before giving up on it.This one is far better. The motor is stronger, but you have to know the machine's limits: it's able to beautifully wash a few items at a time only, or you risk burning out the motor. This week I washed two summer dresses and some underwear and bras in one load, then two pairs of summer weight pants and some undies. Jeans - you are best off only washing one pair at a time. Its great for pillow cases and small towels. Larger items will go to the laundry room.To note: the fill hose is useless. Throw it out and use a bucket to pour the water into the top of the washer. This washer takes about 3 gallons. Don't fill it more than 2/3 full. You want a few inches below the rib lines (and if you fill it higher than the drain hose you will have water splashing out). The instructions say there is a small, medium and large load line, but I didn't find these lines. From experience I know that 2/3 full is ideal. Use 1 teaspoon to less than a tablespoon of detergent or you will never get the soap out of your clothes. I wash for 6 minutes and rinse for about the same, sometimes I rinse twice. One star off: I did find metal shavings under the washer, which is a bummer. It means the motor was straining, but I didn't overload the machine and didn't hear the motor grinding. There is also a very slight leak where the little plastic sign on the outside is attached toward the top front. It's not enough to be a problem, but it was unnecessary to put a screw into the unit to attach a small plaque which creates a leak. It's high up so it's not a huge deal.A spin dryer makes it all work well. I have one I have had for years that they no longer make, but without it I wouldn't want to do my laundry this way. As it is, it's a perfect setup. After washing clothes like this for over a year, I can tell you it's less rough on your clothes, you hang them up to dry and they are ready to wear in short order, and clothes will last much longer due to a gentler process.

AWESOME alternative for washing Covid hospital scrubs!
The media could not be loaded. We really took a chance with this product, not knowing how it would be - but BOY did it turn out to be a great little device! I thank the reviewer here who posted videos of this washing her baby clothes...that's what sold me! My daughter is a nurse and unfortunately dealing with hundreds of Covid patients per day in a hospital. We were NOT letting her throw that stuff into our washer. This has proven to be a great alternative for us. We can easily wash 2 sets of scrubs (2 tops, 2 bottoms); OR...4 tops alone or 3 bottoms alone with ease. We simply put it in the bathtub, fill, with water (you don't need to bother w/ the inlet hose)...just use your detachable shower head; fill almost all the way, add soap and clothes; set timer and it has great agitation for as long as you set it! Only issue is you have to do another fill up to rinse, and then hand wring. But at least your clothes are clean. Very portable too - can use outside or camping, etc. I brag about this little washer to everyone now! Would buy AGAIN...interested in a larger one now! (Please note; my video shows me washing three pairs of scrub pants.)

Broke In Less Than Six Weeks
Did an adequate job at agitating, but no spinner, must wring clothes out by hand. Very small and lightweight, which is what I needed. I only used it once or twice a week for small loads of lingerie. Stopped working one day after return window closed.

good product but spin cycle would b nice
I love it but for some strange reason I should have watched more videos because It does its job but I have to squeeze out the cloths and if I let the water sit with clothes past a few minutes because I'm busy with my baby. It tends to smell and it's smells funny after u let the water sit after few minutes... I wish it came with spin cycle.
