This is a really nice-looking, hefty teapot that does what a teapot should. It boils water quickly, lets you know when it's ready and doesn't scald you when you pour. I get a lot of compliments on it and considered it a good value for what I paid. However, the quality of the teapot doesn't compare to the quality of the customer service. I bought this in November mainly for tea-drinking guests so I normally keep it dry. I was making tea last week and noticed that there was rust on the inside around the perimeter in one spot. I was well past the Amazon return window so I contacted the Susteas seller directly and frankly didn't expect much. The responded the next day, asking for pictures which I sent immediately. To which they responded almost immediately with apologies and said they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived the next day! It was crazy good customer service. I now love my little teapot even more!

My kettle broke and I was out of the return window. I contacted Susteas directly to see about ordering parts. Instead they offered to replace the kettle free of charge. The replacement arrived within a few days. Excellent customer service! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Susteas again.

Great looking tea kettle. Love that you can hear the whisting, our last kettle you could hardly hear. I did a lot of research and this SUSTEAS Stove Top Whistling Tea Kettle was highly rated. I don't expect to have to replace it again for a long time, but if I did I would buy again. Highly recommend.

I love the look of this kettle. It matches my entire kitchen. It looks good just sitting on the stove. The only complaint is out of all the complaints on here that the Whistler doesn’t work of course I happen to get one that doesn’t work as well, that is my only complaint is the Whistler don’t work and I got it for the reason of that so that way I could hear it whenever I’m outside on the patio, I get sidetracked very easily and with a loud Whistler it reminds me I got something on the stove so I’m very disappointed in that that was mainly the point I got it

This is a very durable and classic looking kettle. I always wanted to have a stainless steel kettle for brewing my tea on a daily basis. It is a good enough size to make for several people in one go. It is a tea kettle that meets all its needs. It is great value for my money. I love it a lot!

If I was a tea kettle..I would whistle back! I love how this tea kettle looks on my stove top. It is eye catching with its beautiful finish, elegant design, and details like the company logo. It holds enough water for me and my whole family to make our morning tea. It gets hot quickly and whistles loudly. The “cool to the touch” handle has an easy to pull trigger to open the spout. The free oven mit was a nice little bonus too!

I had been wanting a red, whistling tea kettle for a year or more (my old one had become worn out and discolored) and this new one was precisely what I was looking for.
