Designing with Geosynthetics - 6th Edition Vol. 1 Paperback – January 16, 2012

Great explanation of the geosynthetics manufacturing, testing, properties, standards, design, installation and quality control. Can be used as a college textbook or a resource for industry professionals. The style of writing makes for a good reading experience. Unfortunately the Kindle version does not do a good job with the many charts and tables so you will want to have a hardcopy for making sense of the tables.

This book is simple and straight forward. It has neat coloured clear diagrams. It has neat illustration and design calculation.

Book provides extensive review about geosynthetics theory and application. The autor is a very experienced professional on the field of geosynthetics, being involved with tem since their early stages.

We use this book on a daily basis for design. The 3rd edition has both units, but this book is just as good.

In terms of how amazon delivered the product, I bought the Kindle edition and it's not useful for technical purposes. I think an actual pdf format provided by the publisher would be really good. The content however, is really great. Definitely one of the best reference books for geosynthetics.
