Looks good, works well, not entirely metal as there’s lots of plastic so it’s gonna break at some point without doubt. Other than that it’s a bottle opener that works

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. After only 4 months it has broken. We have only used it a couple of times a month. Some of the plastic inside has broken and the opener doesn't work anymore Total waste of money, no wonder they have reduced the price. I can't even find out how to contact the seller to complain.

So far so good and is as described on Amazon. Am very happy with my purchase as the opener works well and a bonus to have a wine saver and gizmo to take the foil off the wine bottle.Cant comment on durability as have only used in twice!

Plastic handle feels flimsy

The idea behind this bottle opener is brilliant and it worked really well for six months. Unfortuntely the manufactuing quality is poor and some of the plastic parts broke meaning that the whole thing no longer worked. If the company making these bottle openers does something to improve quality (using more durable materials) they will have brilliant product. Until then do not buy!

Bought this as its rose gold to match other kitchen items. most wines we buy are screw top!Broke our rule of if the total of 4 & 5 stars is below 75%, we dont buy.

The best thing about this product is it's so easy to use especially if you have problems with your hands.I would recommend this product.

It’s honestly a piece of plasticy crap. It’s very unsturdy and on its 3 uses it’s ripped or dropped the cork into the wine bottle-which involves a fancy pouring technique where you have to push the cork down with a straw to pour the wine. Also amazon are being awkward with the refund-I don’t think I should have to pay to repackaged something for a refund that doesn’t work. Bad customer service.
