Issues with the Shoe
First off, the seller was prompt and communicative.Keep in mind I've owned several pair of Chelsea-style boots.(1) It's a little pointier at the tip than you think.(2) I know my size well (9.5W,) and it's a little snugger than usual, even for a brand-new shoe. It's an issue because...(3) It seems to be well made, but the leather is rather thin compared to some of the Chelseas I've owned, which makes it being snug an issue.(4) The sole is incredibly thin, about half the thickness I am used to in a hard-sole in this style of boot.(5) All in all, this may in fact be a durable boot, but everything seemed thin, and you don't want that for something so initially tight-fitting, leather-loosening-up-later otherwise, it makes one feel like they may burst if you jumped up and down in place. If this was a store purchase, I'd not have gotten out of the store with it, but, unfortunately, it cost me $16 to send it back, about a fifth of the value of the shoe, for shipping. I wasn't prepared for that kind of loss when returning an item as soon as I got it. The seller was prompt and courteous, but there must be some way to order clothing with a little less risk than paying that much for a return, be it UPS, Amazon, or some kind of other incentive to continue online shopping of clothes.

Poor Quality Leather and Comfort...
When I ordered the shoe I expected a higher quality than what it actually is. The letter is extremely stiff and it seems like it will brake easily. It reminds me of plastics more than a real leather. The last time I have bought a Giorgio Brutini shoes was over 10 years ago and the leather was also really cheap, but somehow I thought that they made some improvements over the years and things are different now. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My suggestions is if you want a quality Chelsea Boot, go get a real nice one and pay more but get a better quality than the one listed here. If I had a do-over, I wouldn't buy this shoe again. I hope that helps!
