A Classic, Goes with anything
I love my Jacks. This is my second pair and I had the last for a considerably long time. They are a classic staple to any outfit, weddings, casual, jeans, etc. they can be paired! My only complaint is the lack of support - if you have plantar fasciitis like myself it’s not a good idea to wear them for more than a couple of hours, they were fine for a long wedding event though, way better than heels. They did just come out with a “Jacks 2” that has more support cushion. Looking forward to getting those for my next pair in a few years. They also have other more orthotic friendly options with the same classic look. Overall I’m just a huge fan. I really love their shoes & style! 10/10 recommend. A great summer staple!

Well made but takes some braking in
The sandals are very well made an stylish. The width around the arch is a very snug fit and it took me a while to figure out the best way to get the sandal on.

Not as comfy as the Black Label version
Having trouble with sizing on Jack Rogers for myself and my 16 year old daughter (Jacks are on her bday wish). Ordered a 6.5 for her in another color, and we thought it was a tad too small in length, so then ordered this pair in 7.0. These look too long in the toes with ample room at the back end. The leather strap is also bit too loose, and we are afraid it will only get more sloppy as she wears them, so they are going back to reorder another 6.5, despite being a bit tight in length. I think in the end, the 6.5's will prove to be a better fit for her as the shoe's leather stretches. I almost decided to keep this 7.5 Platinum pair, as I have a pair of 7.5 Black Labels in another color, but even these 7.0's felt too loose around the strap on me. I cannot decide if this is just how Jacks are made--a lot of variety on fit/construction, or if these are not "true" Jacks which could account for size variety. This pair says, "Made in Mexico," yet other pairs make NO mention of where they are made on any part of the shoes or on the outside of the shoe boxes. I've also seen different logos stamped on the top of the footbed where it says, "Jack Rogers 1960." I believe the company has just used different logos for different versions of the same shoe. Overall, we will each end up keeping one pair and see how they fit over time, before ordering additional pairs. I love seeing other friends' "seasoned" Jacks, but I do believe they are a bit pricey for how they are constructed.

Beautiful and comfortable sandal. Great fit once they stretch out...poor shipping quality control.
Wife loves them. She's normally a size 8, but the 7.5 fit her much better. They do fit a bit tight at first, but after a couple of days, the sandals stretched to the form of her feet and she loves the feel now. She wore them for the first time for about 6-7 hours in the car on a trip without any issues. The second day she also wore them for about 6-7 hours walking around outdoors and said they were comfortable and broke in easily by the end of the day forming to her foot. The only questionable issue we experienced with the order was the packaging. The original size 8 we ordered arrived in what appeared to be the original and new Jack Rogers shoe box and was well wrapped and packaged. After returning for the size 7.5, the second package arrived in a unmarked generic brown shoe box, poorly wrapped and packaged with the shoe box not fully closed inside of the amazon box it arrived in. Seemed very sketchy based on arrival appearance of the packaging. The sandals also did not come with any Jack Rogers tags or literature like the first pair of shoes. We examined the sandals carefully and they did appear to be well made, so we assume that they're genuine Jack Rogers with just poor shipping quality control.

Best shoes, but …
My absolute favorite shoes, but after 11 months of only occasional wear, the leather between my toes snapped today!! I’m so disappointed!!

Very cute and comfortable
When you buy these make sure they are the right size! They tend to run large so get 1/2 size smaller and they will fit great!

Pretty sandals. Love the look of Jacks!
These aren't fake, at least the pair I received are not. Features are identical to the ones I bought from Nordstrom. Yes, they are stamped Made in Dominican Republic, also. Maybe is just a matter of 'they don't make 'em like they used to?' They are slightly tight and rubbing at the instep right now but as I'm wearing them, they get better. I am working on breaking these in before I wear them on long days during an upcoming trip. I'll update my review if they don't hold up then! Platinum is a lovely color. I wanted some gold sandals because I have something in silver already. Based on another review, I chose platinum because it can pretty much be worn with gold or silver. I'd say that is true. They do feel slippery on the bottom so I hope as they wear the slipperiness diminishes. I am in between a 7.5 and 8. I always get 8 in Jacks because I think they run a little bit small. For most I would say buy your normal size but if you're at all in between as I am, go up. I'm pleased with these. The price I paid here was the lowest I could find and I shopped around a lot.

and was no longer comfortable on my foot
I purchased these new Jack Rogers after my old pair, which I owned for 10 years, reached the point of no return, stretched out too much, and was no longer comfortable on my foot. (Though they still received compliments.) The new pair is definitely authentic, and it comes in a Jack Rogers box. But it's made in the Dominican Republic, and whereas my old pair had a completely leather sole, these have a manmade sole/bottom with some leather sandwiched in between. My old pair underwent a lot of wear and tear, and journeys literally across continents. They didn't have a lot of arch support (and I have high arches, so I'm sensitive to that), but they were always comfortable. I'm curious to see how long these will last in comparison. My shoe size falls between 6.5 and 7; I went with the 7, and they fit well in the length, though the sides of the sole are a bit narrow.

Beware: Jack Rogers Kock-offs
At first, I couldn't believe that these Jack Rogers sandals were on sale for so cheap compared to the prices listed on the actual Jack Rogers USA website. That should've been my first hint. Especially because these shoes aren't on sale from the actual retailer, let alone for such a cheap price. And cheap shoes are exactly what these are. The sole came with wrinkles in it already, and wrinkled extremely after only a few minutes of wear. The heel padding is also cheaply glued on and will probably fall off soon. The heel is also only half an inch, compared to the 1-inch heel of authentic sandals. The gold is also much brighter and tackier than actual Jacks. The Jack Rogers stamp on the sole and "Made in Brazil" stamp on the upper part are the only things that seem authentic about it.Overall, you get what you pay for. If these aren't knock-offs, then perhaps they're rejects from the actual company that were given to Amazon. It makes me conflicted because it seems that Jack Rogers is the one supplying these shoes. Whatever the case may be, if you are looking for authentic Jacks at a low price, then you should not look here. I'll be wearing them for now, since I already spent money on them. But I've definitely learned my lesson and will just spring for trustworthy authentic ones next time.

Thumbs Up: Quality and Style
These just fit although they are narrower than other sandals I have. Bought the Hampton in silver - really nice. Haven't worn them yet but they are comfortable walking a little around the house. Beautiful quality. They look identical to the ones on the company's website. Identical. Stacked leather heel with rubber lifts on the bottom - great for grip, stitched sole, beautiful leather upper with lacing that looks really secure. I'm happy with this purchase. I see on the company's website they have another style with a wedge heel that is a bit higher. I like the heel height on these, personal preference. Probably just under an inch in height. I was so pleased with the first pair I ordered four more!

Great buy at a very good price point.
Perfect fit for a medium width foot. Purchased a pair of each of these in green, gold, platinum and pink. All of these sandals are made in the Dominican Republic and have all leather uppers with a composite sole that is stitched and not glued. When they arrive you have to flex the sole a couple of times to break the stiffness. Once this is done they are amazing. Great quality for the price point.

Like everyone has mentioned already
Like everyone has mentioned already, these are rejects. I purchased them when they were still relatively regular price (I didn't know that these were defective). They definitely scratched my feet, leaving me with scars. The only way I still made them work was by putting medical tape. I purchased in gold and navy/white. Compared to the platinum I actually purchased a long time ago via Nordstrom, these are crap. Amazon, you honestly disappointed me here, considering how impossible it already is to get Jack Rogers in Canada.
