How many wattage is this ? 900w program power ?

There is so much confusion when it comes to the power ratings of amplifiers and speakers. What to look for is rated power in RMS or AES. Program power is misleading and somewhat arbitrary. RMS gives you the continuous power rating. AES is a standard that takes RMS one step further. A speaker rated at 400 watts AES can take four times the RMS power for short duration peaks. The speaker in question is rated at 450 watts AES with 1500 watt peaks. From my experience with this speaker that is an accurate rating. Remember this is a MID BASS speaker NOT a subwoofer. Don't think you are going to get 30 Hz out of the 10MB600. To drive this speaker properly you need 450 watts at 8 ohms. Many amplifiers are rated at 2 ohms because they put out maximum power at that impedance. I would never buy an amplifier that is only rated at 2 or 4 ohm program power. Look for 8 ohm RMS ratings for the amplifier to match the speaker. This speaker uses a ceramic magnet which is good for its ability to handle heat but it adds to the weight. Seventeen pounds for a ten inch speaker is pretty heavy. I hope that answers your question.

Does 3000 taramps will work

i had pair of them on a 3000 taramps hd with a compression driver works perfect but make sure your gains is adjusted properly. I blew mines going to go with the m600 this time around.

Better than the original

This speaker replaced a blown speaker in a line array. It is a better speaker than what came in the box from the factory. I wish I could afford to replace all the others. It's used in a narrow band from about 400 Hz to 1800 Hz and it sounds very good.
