BOSCH TDP2108 Screwdriver Insert Bit

It was a difficult task shopping for titanium screwdriver bits in this size. Most of the stores sold sets that were high priced. We couldn't even find titanium single bits. I bought these from two different sellers. One was a little more pricey due to being a prime shipment. The other was less expensive but took a little longer to receive. If you're in a hurry due to an upcoming project then I recomend the prime ones. If time isn't an issue you can order the same ones for less, it will take longer to receive. Both are a great deal.

I'm a remodeling contractor and have been working in the trades for 35 years...yes that long. These are the only tips I use because all the others wear out or break with in minutes... and I've tried all the brands. Just would like them to last longer....

I have a leatherman charge TTI with the bit extender, as well as a socket set and a kawasaki power screw driver that all can use these bits, so I was excited to see a great price on a few bits. However, they came, and I started using them, and found one main issue: they are way too short. They sink too far into all three, so that the part sticking out is already past the point where they become phillips-slotted.So far, I haven't had any specific issues using them like this, once in, they stay in and seem to do fine. I just hung two fire alarms at 10:30 at night, with my leatherman, and had no issues screwing them in despite the deep sink, but I think an extra quarter inch or so on these length-wise would be appreciated.The biggest problem with the length is really taking them out. Since they sit so deep and so little sticks out from each spot, they are hard to dig out, especially on the bit extender and my socket set. The Kawasaki has a quick-release choke and lets them just drop out when released, but the leatherman I actually have to use my leatherman plyers to pull it out. Thankfully on that bit extender, I really only ever use a phillips, so this will be a semi-permanent attachment. Still, 3/5 stars for this product because on all three applications, they just were too short for my liking.

This is my favorite bit. Holds great to the screw, does not strip it and when it’s time to change it out it just destroys itself.

I ordered these because of the good reviews. In my opinion, these bits are not any better than a regular non-impact bit.

These are good bits for the price I paid. I use them on s/s screws and they last dramatically longer than other bits before they start stripping the heads - good product

These had a tight grip the first time I use them and they wear out quickly. Not sure I'll buy this particular brand again. I've had just as good luck from generic bits.
