How long do these last? Ive had mine a week and no longer cold at all more the opposite and make you sweat.

I don't feel like they make me sweat more but definitely aren't as cooling as I thought they'd be, probably wouldn't recommend them

Can you take them on an plane?

I have taken similar products in a plane, but never thro as hand luggage..

After you put this is a pillow case, would you have the pillow on top or below the pad?

I put the pillow below the pad. (Pillow / Gel Pad / pillow case). If I placed it below the pillow I did t feel any benefit at all.
