I didn’t realize how useful a magnifying lamp was until I bought one to help me when repairing my iPhone.This lamp is versatile as it includes a snap-in weighted base or it can be clamped to a table top, bench, etc. The weighted base has been perfect for me as it’s easy to move and adjust the the lamp versus playing with clamp. There’s enough weight in the base that the lamp is quite stable and doesn’t want to fall forward.The lamp is very bright and the magnifier lens is a good size for repairing a cell phone, locating part numbers on automotive connectors, etc. Not too big and not too small.I don’t have any concerns or issues to report, overall I’m very pleased with the purchase.

My husband bought me this lamp because he knows I wouldn’t of spent that much on myself but trust…. This is worth every penny. I’m blind as a bat, the magnifying glass part makes the beads on my paining the perfect size to be able to do them. I’ve spent hours looking through that thing and I have had no headaches or nausea. The clamp is super strong which is perfect and you can bend it to always have the best view. Sadly mine got extremely dim one day. So I emailed the seller and we went back and forth a couple times to try different things out and when nothing did, she sent me a new one immediately. The best customs service I’ve ever had!!!Oh and did I mention that he has a port where you can plug another.cord into the lamp and then whatever else. I used mine to turn on the light under painting. It makes doing 5D paintings so much enjoyable .

This is a game changer for doing my bead work. I can easily see tiny beads and crimps. I can work faster and without strain on my eyes (or my patience!). It's a solid, sturdy light. It gives a bright, clear light without harsh glare so you can really see what you are doing. It turns on and off by a simple touch and you can dim it if needed by gently brushing the base. I like using it on its base but you can clip it onto the table. The edge of my work table is a smooth thick plastic so it wouldn't grip too well but that could just be my table.The charging port is a nice idea but the light flickers and/or goes off if you are charging something while working. That''s not important to me and the light does its main job very well so I still gave it 5 stars and I recommend it for any tiny, detailed work.

Initially this took a great deal of force and getting in the right position for leverage in order to open the clamp enough to install it on the lamp base. But once I got past that little challenge, this lamp is a game changer! It does not take up a lot of room which is useful in a small space, its base is weighted just the right amount so as not to tip over, the dimmable light is extremely helpful, the magnifying lens is just the right amount for close work. Like I said, a game changer. Highly recommend.

I do diamond art and it helps me see the pattern I love the led light One huge benefit is that it is a touch light I highly recommend this light.

I purchased this to use while working on Paint by Numbers. I like that it has 2 light settings to reduce glare. It stands up well even when adjusted to odd angles. The base is heavy and holds the light steady. I have not noticed that it gets hot at all. I feel like it was a great value for the price.
