I've been using this for several weeks now, and it works great. I think the dust bin mechanism will be very handy.It seems it would have been better to have the ports face in a different direction, rather than straight out over the dust bin, where your hoses hang in the way of accessing the bin, but I don't anticipate having to empty that too often, so not terrible.What is terrible is the assembly manual. I've assembled many products over the years, never one that had such a bad manual. There are 45 steps, over 24 pages, and it claims that assembly should take 5 to 6 hours. Trying to decipher the dark blurry pictures, and the error prone instructions, stretched that out to over 9 hours. There are instructions that are directly wrong, steps that are completely skipped, and multiple steps that are out of order. There is one explicit instruction to install a bolt a certain way, but the picture shows the opposite way, and the picture is correct. There is a least one part that you install, and then about 7 steps later have to remove to install another part. The picture with the later step shows that earlier part not installed. At least one of the parts pictured is of some older version and doesn't look like the actual part. My copy of the manual is full of notes and corrections I took during the assembly, just to keep track of it all.Again, it's a fine product, once assembled, but they really would be well served to produce better documentation.

I love this upgrade I made to my shop, it’s a great machine. Believe it when it says 4-6 hours to assemble, I suggest you watch the assembly video on Laguna’s website because the manual skips a few steps. Everything is easy until you get to the “Smart Drum”, I think whomever designed its wife must have run off with a woodworker because it’s ridiculous how hard it is to assemble. It has the smallest screws and nuts I’ve ever worked with and add in the silicone and you have a slippery mess. It’s takes two people for sure. Once done though, you forget all about that because it works so good.
