I did notice a little improvement in my joints, but not as much as I was hoping to achieve. These are easy to swallow and seem like a good value.

I have researched CMO through Google and sturdy what CMO may reduce my shoulder pains. After one week's taking since received my bottle, I am very thankful that my both right and left shoulders pain was significantly reduce.

I have had no adverse affects of this and my chiropractor says I am easier with adjustments.

Again, I have been using the product just a short time so I really cannot evaluate it at this time. I think it has lessened the aches and pains somewhat, but I need to give it more time.

I already take everything else for joint health and soft tissue building, but this really made a difference.
