how do you know what temperature the oven is set for?

Like most stoves, on the side of the oven dial the temperatures are listed from 200 degrees thru to 500.... Then to Broil.

What is the detailed return policy?

Since I have no plans to return my great range, I would check the operation manual or contact the MFG.
