Great product

Love the product
I have used Clairol for many years. My complaint is that it is sent with the dog food that I ordered and the box was crushed. I kept the product because the contents were not damaged This is the second time that the boxes have been crushed.

Had to do two treatments to get the shade of dark red I wanted

Not even close to picture on box. Smelled really string made me dizzy and alot of hair fell out! Worst hair dye ion have ever used . Do not recommend
