Do you have an upgraded version thats rechargable? This is the only thing thats holding me back from purchasing.

Great question, thank you for reaching out. At this time, the unit does not have a rechargeable option available and instead requires (3) AAA Batteries. Specifically, this is due to many rechargeable units lose power over time and we did not want to take away from this units STRONG conductivity signal.

Will both of the pads work at once? I have all 4 plugged in but it feels like only one pad on each channel is working

It you have the pads to close together it will feel like only one is working. Place the each channel on opposite sides of the body if you wish to feel each pad individually. I.E. channel 1 on left and right and channel 2 on left and right body side.

does this unit come with a belt clip?

Yes, the unit has a built-in, but removable belt clip.

What is the pulse per second (pps)?

It goes through different patterns depending on what part of the body you selected. Ex the back settings which I mostly use will go high to low them a series of rapid pulses followed by a series of slower steady pulses
