I got this puppet on a whim, to use it as a narrator character for joke video projects. It exceeded all my expactations. First, the puppet has a great detailed likeness and realistic eyes similar to taxidermy eyes. Second, it fits a broad range of hand sizes and is especially comfy to my adult hand. Third, this puppet has good dexterity. I can have the ostrich pick things up and speak, and there's no awkwardness to the motions. The moves are simple and direct. Finally, this puppet can handle being flattened, packed into a bag full of other items, etc. It doesn't get distorted and re-assumes its natural shape as soon as I put my hand in it. It's fun and a great value! This brand makes a LOT of different animal puppets and I intend to get at least a few more because they have both realism and style. Check out their wolf or lion puppets to see what I mean! Great item :)

Smells weird, but overall a great puppet for my little nephew. Before it was wrapped up for Christmas I showed my dog and he lost his mind 😂

My grandson loves this silly hand puppet. We both like the eyes and overall look of it. Very roomy for hands. Though it doesn’t have its own arms it does have ears that can be moved around and wiggled with a pinky or thumb. Pretty cute. I’m definitely glad I bought it to add to my grandson’s puppet collection. It is exactly as listed online. Completely hallow inside.

While this product is fine & fun for a two-year-old...it's not very comfortable for an adult hand to operate. I purchased this to tide my grandson over while I refurbished an old latex toy called a " Boglin." The old latex Boglin had seen better days & was getting torn & gooey. Needless to say, it was no longer " kid" friendly. If anyone knows the old toy, I'm referring you could understand my disappointment with this. But that's my problem. Like I said my disappointment is my problem, even still because of the poor fit & difficulty of getting this latex hand puppet to function is difficult. This & the price is why, I can only give this, 4 stars. I can't give it less because it will entertain a young child. especially if operated by someone with small hands. The dimensions are given so I'm to blame...I just didn't think it would be as small as it is. But again, that's on me. So, keep what I said in mind & purchase this if you want to spend some quality time with your little one. While I was disappointed if your aware, that the puppet is a bit stiff, smallish, & limited in motion...If you use your imagination, it will still provide hours of fun. And remember the first 3 years of a child's life is when they bond with you!!! Don't bother reading any books about raising children that are less than 15 years old!!! They are no good!!! Spend as much quality time as you can with your little ones! You can never get those important, precious & enjoyable years back! I've raised 12 children in my life and am fortunate enough to have a grandson living under my roof. Parenting is the hardest job you will ever love!!! I can tell you from experience, a child needs discipline... but they will be more willing to please & obey if they don't want to disappoint you! Once they pass the 3-year-old mark they understand discipline. before that if you don't bond, they won't care about disappointing you!!!

Better quality than expected! This is so fun and am completely happy with this purchase.

Large size. Realistic. Great quality. A kid size hand or an adult hand could fit inside. Kids love it!

I love this puppet. It has amazing detail in a very good paint job. It also has plastic eyes instead of painted on ones. It’s soft latex gives a lot of expression as well. The only qualm is it has a horrible odor and I highly recommend letting it air out before giving it to your kid. I’m not sure if the owner is paint for the latex itself but it might be toxic. My kid wanted to sleep with us pop it on, so make sure you let it air out beforehand. Otherwise super happy with this.

I was looking at hand puppets for a month. My objective wasn't that pure- my plan was the complete harassment of my cat and dag. For this, I love the ostrich!

THESE FISH ARE AMAZING!!! I bought two of them, one for each hand! Now I go around with them on my hands all day long and one tells me to do good while the other tells me to do evil! The wife thinks I'm crazy but me and the fish know what's really going on ;)
