Finally, I can sleep through the whole night without my ear canals throbbing after an hour. I have atypically small ears (was made fun of my whole life 😊). I'm sensitive to noise and live in a condo that, unfortunately, has thin walls. These are the first earplugs that I've been able to keep in throughout the night. I do feel some pressure, but not throbbing pain; and I think for the sake of comfort I sacrifice a little bit of noise cancelation but not a ton. These might not be effective enough for anyone sleeping next to a loud snorer. Overall, very pleased and recommend these for people with small ear canals who are just trying to cancel out mild-moderate ambient noise.

These are great earplugs! They fit me well and I have tiny ears & ear canals. I've used them at concerts, on airplanes, and at night to block out my boyfriend's snoring, lol. This pack comes with so many that I won't need to rebuy for a while. They're pink, cute, soft, and comfortable. I like switching between these and headphones when I'm on planes to combat ear fatigue (because I'm pretty sensitive to having things on/in my ears for long periods). They significantly reduce noise to a more comfortable, muffled level when I'm traveling. The travel case is also nice to have, although most of the time I opt for small Ziploc bags instead.

I am on my second container of these, and I will keep buying them when I run out again. I have VERY small ear openings/canals, and these fit the best of anything I've tried. Regular ear plugs are painful to me, but these are not painful at all. They are very soft and pliant so that they mold well into the ear. I pinch the ends into a taper and gently fit them in, and then hold them in place a second or two till they "fill out" from having been pinched. They do a great job of reducing noise so that I can get to sleep and stay asleep, which means they do the job well.

I really like these noise-canceling earplugs. I have sensory issues and use Loop ear plugs for noisy areas like grocery stores and bars, but the sound reduction isn't enough for when I'm trying to go to sleep. My husband and I are on different sleep schedules, so it's important that when he gets up I'm not woken up.They are easy to insert and comfortable to wear. After 10ish hours with them in, when I take them out in the morning there is a small amount of ache, but it disappears fast.

The ones I got for myself (the purple small) was worth every penny. However these Xs pink never quite fit in my wife's ears. SHe just couldnt keep them in no matter how much she tried. I tested them myself and squeezed em really tight and they seemed fine, but my ears are normal to large. Hers a tiny. hope this helps someone. try the purple is my gut..- review by Nelson Wells

Product arrived quickly and as described. These work very well for smaller ears. They definitely cut out sound allowing me to sleep. Loved the small carrying case too!

Soft and easy to insert. Fits well. Best noise reduction I've had. I will buy them again. Great container for movies! And it's pretty!!

I got very excited when I learned about these earplugs specifically made for women's narrow ear canals. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from the first night. Even though I squeezed the plugs as small as I could before inserting them, it was still too big which means it did not reduce the noise I was trying to avoid. An hour later my ears were in pain, so I had to remove the plugs. I don't recommend this product.
