Will the gForce gt 730 graphics card work for this

The card will work, but don't expect full performance from it. Dedicated GPU cards expect a 16 lane PCI-express connection, and this board only provides 4 lanes. Work done on the card will be at full speed, but the interface to the CPU and system RAM will be slower which will lead to slower load times of games at a minimum.

Does it come with onboard graphics?

it's based on the processor you get. Any/all of the processors for this board have graphics built in the cpu chip. how good the graphics are depends on the model of your cpu. you can always get a graphics card to make the graphics better.

I plan to use Morex T3410 as case. However the mobo specs are not clear enough about what&how many front connectors it has. 2 or 4 USB?, mike,speaker?

I was using an EDI-Max usb-to-wifi adapter on it.  Best price on one of those is probably going to be about $8.  URL for that product:  https://www.amazon.com/Edimax-EW-7811Un-150Mbps-Raspberry-Supports/dp/B003MTTJOY  Ebay would be another good source for usb-to-wifi adapter to get lowest price although $8 seems to be about the fair going rate as I've had to buy these over the years.  As for signal reception, if need-be you can run it on a usb extension cable to get a better signal if your computer is farther away from the wireless router.  As for an actual wireless card, there is a tiny PCI-E x4 slot on this motherboard that you could put one of those in if you're not using it for something else.
