Mine are still going strong!
I received these as a gift in October 2020 - here it is, 22 months later, and still a decent 6-8 hours battery life (I can't listen to music and podcasts for that long, it might go even longer!)I did purchase these for my nephew - apparently, something happened. JBL stood by their warranty, and offered him either the same headphones, or a different style - he preferred the style where the headphones are strapped together, less likely to go missing. And that does bring me to a warning, but you've probably heard this already - with the tiny devices, they will go missing if you fall asleep with them and they fall out. You will find them behind the bed in a few days, but man - is it painful. As far as I've experienced, both earbuds must be on and in range, or sound will not go through.I'd buy them again though - clear audio, comfortable feel in the ears.

Good purchase - Happy with headphones
I have the Apple Airpod Pros and wanted another set of bluetooth "pods" for work and did not want to spend the money on another pair or apple air pods. I tried a pair by Anker and was not happy with them. I received these and have been pleasantly surprised with them. The sound is really good, the function and ease of use is good. For the current closeout price you can't really beat them. They do fit a little different and I would not buy them to exercise because they will fall out with movement. For activities without a bunch of movement they are great!

I really want to adore these headphones:1) They fit well.2) Set up is essentially plug and play.3) They have a long battery life and charge quickly.4) The sound quality is good.5) They cancel out noise. But each one of those pluses comes with a caveat:1) The earbuds don't fit, for me at least, the way the manual describes. I find if rotate them about 30 degrees theydon't fall out when walking, eating, or doing other activities.2) Set up is plug and play for my phone, but for my laptop it's only 50-50 that they will work right away. It usuallytakes putting the headphones back in the case or turning my laptops Bluetooth off to get a connection going(which doesn't happen with my other devices like my mouse).3) My first weeks charging and using the earbuds for a long time went without a hitch. Recently, as others havenoted, there seems to be difficulty charging: The case will show the earbuds are good to go, but then I put them inand they die 5 minutes later. It takes taking the earbuds in and out of the case a few times for it to actually showthe charging lights as beeping (indicating the case is charging the earbuds) rather than solid (indicating they arecharged) and in the meantime I am back to using my other pair of wired headphones. It's a hassle remembering tohave to do this. And if the situation degrades further I will send these in for repair.4) The sound quality is only good, not great. If I want to hear deep bass or distinction in some instruments I need toswitch to a different pair of headphones. But given the price-range of these headphones and that I wasn't gettingthem to experience elite-level sound quality (I have other headphones for that), this is fine for me.5) While there is no caveat for the noise-cancellation, there is one additional problem, somewhat related to soundquality: I do wish there was a bit more variance in the decibel level. It seems that these earbuds both don't go aslow or as high as I want.

Good earbuds
when they are working they are great your buds. I've used them often in the gym about five to six times a week. Now the problem is that after only six months, the left speaker keeps dying first. I have to manually turn it back on and then I noticed it's not charging properly in the case. So halfway through workout I always lose the sound in the left earbud.Apart from that though the sound quality is amazing.

Very happy with it!
I have been using this Headphone for over a month now, and I am very happy with it. The sound quality is pretty good, and they are relatively comfortable in my ears. Since they get charged automatically when I put them back in their (charging) case, I have never gotten to estimate how long their battery lasts! I should mention that they do not stay on my ears very well when I go running, need to readjust them while running once in a while. Nonetheless, I think that could apply to pretty much all in-Ear Headphones that do not have any sort of hook or anything.

Left earbud will not turn on or connect out of the box
I've had these exact earbuds in the past and they worked great until they would not charge in the case. I decided to reorder the same kind and the left earbud would not turn on, connect or even light up. The right would and work great but nothing I did got the left to do anything. Forgetting the device or turning bluetooth on and off on my iphone, holding power button for 5-8 seconds, pressing the power button 3x times...putting both in the case and charging and then pressing the right power button to try and factory reset. Nothing worked So I returned them and the next paid did the same. Not trying JBL again unfortunately. I also downloaded the app as well, but if I need an app for bluetooth headphones to work, I'll buy another brands instead.TLDR - Had these once and they worked well. Bought and returned a 2nd pair, then returned and ordered a 3rd pair which also didn't work like the 2nd pair.

Great sound
I'm 72, but I'm computer literate - but I just got a smart phone about a month ago. I don't like it - but that's just me. As to the ear-headphones, I couldn't be happier. I know, from the reviews, that the battery life is not the best, but, so far, I'm fine with what reserve I have. As to the in-ear, surprising, they are comfortable. I know this is just me, but I have to be careful not to knock them out. I'm sure that that become second nature, after a while.
