Sound Healing Audio CD – November 1, 2006

I own lots and lots of brain sync cds. I use them on and off, using one today and the other later. One of the reasons why I buy and listen to these products is to help me feel better.I thought it would help with sleep, but it did more than that. Much more.I listened to it when I get depressed, and it lifted me up; I was upset, and it soothed my soul; I was anxious for no reason, for some reason, and the sound waves carried them away. I have tried a TON of other delta wave programs to do all these things for me. Most of the delta brain wave audiobooks repeat in sound over and over, which can really annoy some people. This cd does NOT REPEAT itself. It is meditation music mixed with the delta frequencies.The medtative sounds are soft waterfall sounds with angelic voices singing now and then, along with very light and soft piano that makes you feel like drifting away into eternal bliss. I think that this cd will make anyone feel better...in health, physically or mental wise.Just wanted to share with you - thank you and do yourself a favor and buy this cd! It is a great investment in controlling the stress that seems to be all over us in this day and age.

Great meditation

Don't know if it is healing but I find it relaxing on quiet Sunday mornings when reading or other quiet pastimes. Very pleasant

What a great CD to listen to when you just want to feel Zen. Puts you in an amazing state of peace and calmness. Highly recommend. All of Kelly Howell's CDs are incredible.

The CD comes with a single track which has only music. There is no recording of Kelly Howell voice. I was very disappointed. Also the claim of 60 minutes of audio is not true - it has only 46 minutes of audio.I sought refund for this item.

Used for care home

I was expecting something soothing..but it’s not like that…it’s more like an orchestra that tries to tune each instrument all at once and not succeeding.Does nothing for me…It doesn’t make me feel better..in any way..and I have listened to it several times.
