One-day delivery as stated. The product was delivered in 2 deliveries on the same day.The tricky part is assembling it, but if you enjoy it, you should be fine. The manual is well detailed and provided all instructions you need to have it assembled and sturdy. If you're not patient or don't like assembling things, I would recommend hiring someone.Very solid desk with a lot of drawers to store your office accessories. Thus, I would recommend it to everyone looking for a sturdy home office desk and wanting to get their money's worth.

The desk has the option of being assembled in four different ways. It would be handy to issue 4 different sets of instructions as you have to be careful to ensure that the work you are doing matches the shape you desire. It would be handy to have all the individual parts labelled in separate bags rather than largely all being packaged up together, similarly the pieces could do with identifying stickers to assist in construction. It took two men approx 3.5 hours to assemble. One of them is good at this sort of thing and the other was me. The item is weighty and you will need both space and strength to assemble it accurately. That's the negatives.The desk itself is excellent, sturdy, looks great and has been well designed to provide plenty of storage space. Value for money - pretty good and would give maximum stars if the above issues were addressed.

After reading other reviews I felt it was worth the purchase. Delivery was prompt and extremely well packaged. Ideally you'll need 2 people to carry the items from delivery vehicle to build location. Mine went to spare bedroom which is my office.As stated, put time to one side to build this. We did it in 4 hours. Instructions are relatively good, though I'd like to have seen the screws and bolts etc in labelled packaged pouches, as the drawings are slightly misleading, so you need to very carefully check and double check. This for me wasted some time. Also, ensure you know which configuration you decide on and observe the instructions carefully.That aside, we built it up and put it all together and am very pleased with the desk. It's very stable, robust, comfortable height, love the storage boxes, shelves and space it occupies with regards to legroom and functionality. Be patient, you'll be rewarded and feel satisfied when all complete.

Our order came in 2 boxes delivered days apart so we could not get started as the instruction leaflet was in the second parcel. However, when I emailed Tictoc the supplier, they very helpfully emailed a copy of the instructions.I have to say that building the desk took absolutely ages but the finished result is very pleasing.

Fantastic desk - once you’ve built it!Desk comes in 2 large boxes, both of which were received days apart which caused some confusion?Seems very sturdy, colour is very nice with textured wood veneer so feels high quality. Comes with the fabric box inserts also, and more can be bought in local hardware stores. Ikea fabric boxes won’t fit though.Assembly is awful! Put aside around 3 hours from start to finish, this one is a nightmare to do, and don't attempt to do it alone!All in a very nice desk, long but intuitive instructions, seems sturdy enough so far!EDIT; 9 months on and the desk is still absolutely sturdy as a rock, fabric boxes are getting tatty already and mis-shapen but still good enough. A very solid desk.

Very solid desk once it's assembled but it's been the most difficult flat pack we've ever built. Spent ages trying to sort out which screws were which, very frustrating! Packing the screws in labelled packets and numbered stickers on the various parts would have made the instructions much easier to follow. 2 stars lost overall due to the very difficult assembly.

I never write a review about anything, but my god, am I always telling people about how much I love my desk. I'm a bit of a nerd like that. It's great quality, solid natural wood and you can customise it to best suit the layout. Make sure you set aside an afternoon to build it, as it takes a while, but it's so worth the money and better than anything you could pick up at Ikea. When working from home was announced I was so pleased I'd invested in this, very roomy - can fit two monitors and two laptops on easily.

This is a very good desk. Lots of space, nice and smooth wood and very good looking. The only issue I should notice is the manual, as there are a few steps that are either unnecessary or wrongly demonstrated. Also, the package for screws and bits could have been better.
