ASICS Kayano 25 Running Shoe Road for Woman

I started running this year and I was running with an average kind of trainers which after a couple of months caused me knee pain. A friend recommended me to get ASICS and I could feel the difference after the first time I used them... they are perfect for running! The only problem i had was that they were quite small (I am 4.5) and had to re-order them in a full size up (5.5) and they fit perfectly in this second attempt.

Ordered the grey, the colour is much nicer in person. Delivery was almost a week early! Very happy with the quality of the runners. Great ankle and heel support. Very light for running and walking.

LOVE these trainers and will definitely be buying more. I felt the difference in support and comfort the minute I started running. My knees no longer hurt. I love the design, plenty of toe space. Good ankle support. Like running on air.

** Updated** beware the new technology and fit as this seems to have impacted me and caused a injury to my tendon (6 weeks out so far). Im not totally blaming these new models as these are my 7th model upg in this range over the years IVe gone form model to another with small issue...However my physio has advised that it has contributed to it. I need to be careful going forward that the change is not too big for me. The past few versions of the Kayano have been a slight narrower fit that has suited me however Ascics have now gone back to the traditional style shoe again slighter more space in the front end this is ok for me but i do have narrow feet. Good shoe good fit stick to the normal size. Not sure about the new technology yet but they feel ok after about 20k so far.

Go up a half size, if possible, as the toe box is kind of tight. I'm a 5, but 5.5 is better. Just play around with the lacing, to keep your heels from slipping. Shoes last about 6 months with regular wear until the soles start to get dangerously smooth (for wet-weather running, that is).The average retail price is £155 (which is bogus, ASICS), but the Gel-Kayanos can usually be found for about 22-30% less, if you don't sweat having the latest generation.

Great support whilst running (I run approx 6-7 km, about 3-4 times a week); nice and roomy across the toes, I am a size 6 shoe and the size 7 in these running shoes is ideal, allowing plenty of room whilst running. Arrived quickly and colour looks nicer than I expected!

Excellent! I wear a size 7 in Nike, Vans and most other shoes - these are a perfect fit. I’ve always worn ASICS to run but last year I bought a pair size 7’s and they were tiny, really squashed my feet - this shoe has gone back to the more spacious fit. Perfect. Bouncy and supportive.

These are amazing! If you walk miles and run a lot these are definitely for you. Very durable, lightweight and so so comfy! They also look stylish and sleek :) . Would highly recommend this product!

Bought it for running, the shock absorption effect is great, and I don't feel tired when starting to run.
