CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! I bought this for my toddler granddaughter, and she absolutely loves playing with dishes.

These products are outstanding. I don't think any other company is better. Melissa & Doug products are untouchable to all other players food products for children. They're on the same level as the old metal Tonka trucks, which means they're almost impossible to break/tear up.

Bright colors; authentic pieces. This set has given an additional "station" for the play kitchen. And it is convenient to store most of the items in the drying rack. It's a hit with my "chef" grandson.

These dishes actually work perfectly for real food, which I wasn't really expecting. The sponge is better than some of the "grown-up" sponges I use to wash dishes. The drying rack fits all of the dishes just perfectly without any wasted room. (yeah, that means it's a bit of a squeeze to fit everything, but as long as you organise thoughtfully as you go, you won't have any problems!) My son wants to copy everything Mommy, Daddy, and Papa do these days, and this gives him a chance to wash his own dishes however he wants, as many times as he wants to. So far, he hasn't ever caught me rewashing his dishes when he was finished playing with them - to get them clean enough for him to eat off of since he insists on using them - so it's all good and happy here. He absolutely loves this thing. It really is the perfect gift for kids who want to copy their parents/guardians without needing to worry about giving them real dishes to play with, assuming your dishes are glass like ours are. It looks exactly like the picture and everything works great with the exception of the soap bottle, which is basically useless. You can't open it to put anything in there. It just sits in his play kitchen sink since he needs to use the real soap bottle to wash the dishes. But we just monitor that closely and everything goes smoothly. Great product, great price, and great fun!

Love the fact that it has four colors for teaching how to identify colors and match them with plates and cups. Love the rack, so cute. Wish the soap bottle was able to draw in water. I guess that could get pretty messy but, it would be fun! Overall, a great addition to the kitchen set we bought our 18 month old grandson.

The Melissa & Doug Let's Play House Wash and Dry Dish Set has been a hit in our household. My toddler uses this set daily, enjoying every moment of pretend play. The pieces are well-made and perfect for little hands. Interestingly, I found the dish rack to be the perfect fit for my sink, so I ended up using it myself! It's a versatile and fun set that brings joy to my child and adds a bit of practicality to our kitchen. Highly recommend for both playtime and a bit of unexpected utility!

As always, top quality play toy from Melissa and Doug. Fits perfectly in the bottom, under the sink in their ikea kitchen or on top of their Hape fridge. Plate could have been a bit bigger to fit more play foods on but they’re still the best, thickest, and biggest we found!
