I am able to function when I take this daily and notice a huge difference in moods/irritable when not taken. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Has not helped with sleep, just moods and able to deal with people. I have them on authorship and have been using daily for about four months and can completely tell when I miss a day.

So far, I am liking it but without realizing what I was doing, and no instructions on when to take it, I began supplementing in the morning which was my mistake (but that’s when I need it the most because my cortisol levels are so high during this time of day). It made me super, super sleepy. After reading the ingredients list again, I realized that it was the magnolia bark that was making me so tired.. The only reason for the four stars is lack of instructions or at least a little additional information included on the label or box about the possibility of drowsiness. But, that’s kind of on me, too. Otherwise, it seems to be helping me but I won’t truly know until a few more weeks from now. I’ll update then!

I did notice a drop in my cortisol levels from taking this product, but unfortunately, as with most products like these, they don’t give as much ingredients into the tablets as they should, making this a product that you need to continually buy to get some level of relief. I chose not to re-order this product and have instead looked at other products that have higher quality cortisol-reducing properties.

Good: Effective for me. Easy to swallow. OK price. Bad: Price is only OK. Includes a couple extra ingredients that may or may not be of value. Bottom line: Relora, AKA magnolia bark extract, is the one supplement that effectively helps me control unfortunately-all-too-often excessive stress. I've used it in generic form for years, but for some reason the plain old (and much cheaper) generic powdered magnolia bark is getting hard to find. This is reasonably-priced, and effective for me. Your results may vary, but if you're chronically stressed out it's worth trying. Five stars.
