An unusual honey
What are the things I love about this honey is that it will not drop the sugar out of suspension. Lots of other honeys have this happen which requires you to put the honey bottle in a pot of warm water to get it back into suspension. This is never the case with Tupelo honey. Not that my honey last very long because I think it has a good flavor and I use it often if you’ve never tried to blow, honey treat yourself and buy one.

Expensive - but well worth it!
My husband is a honey addict, and since discovering he prefers the lightest varieties, it's become expensive! (I didn't know there were more than two or three kinds...) Our daughter in the FL panhandle discovered nearby Sleeping Bear Farms' tupelo honey, and sent a pound for Christmas. It didn't last long, so it was great find replacements available on Amazon. This is a delicate but flavorful honey, without the aftertaste I sense with darker, stronger varieties.
