Hands down best paper towels

wrong product
I am very satisfied with the with Tork towels when I get them. But for some reason the last three deliveries have been Gen 1825 towels and they do not work in our dispensers. I have requested return labels to send them back but have not received them yet. Can this recurring problem please be corrected thank you.

Not Notched!!
When looking for paper towel rolls that have a notch we were glad to see these on line. However these did not come with the notch that is clearly shown in the picture. Very unhappy.
